“During the lockdown, a large number of international orders were pending to be executed. Even though cargo was available, there was complete restriction on movement of non-essential goods. Customers would cancel the order if not delivered quickly. Indranil was focused on meeting customer expectations even under unusual constraints. He serviced complex, international sales orders that are bound by many rules and regulations and need close coordination with functions like planning, plant, shipping line, port, customs etc. It resulted in getting repeated orders, enhancing productivity of the plants, speedy error-free execution, stock liquidation in the four plants, and ultimately customer delight. â€
